Alberta Target Archer's Annual General Meeting (AGM)
about the AGM
The ATAA annual General meeting is held on the first day of the Indoor Target Provincials following completion of competition for that day. A review of the last year plus any business arising from the membership is discussed and voted on if necessary. The membership votes on bids for the provincials and elections for executive are held at this meeting. The ATAA currently has their positions run for 2 year terms, with half the executive elected in even years and half in odd years.
Positions up for election in even years are:
- President
- Junior Program
- Secretary
- Secretary
- Director at Large (3D)
Positions up for election in odd years are:
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Grants
- Zone Director
- Director at Large
