Attention all ATAA members:
With your membership in the Alberta Target Archers Association you are automatically a member of the Alberta Bowhunters and Archers Association. The Alberta Bowhunters and Archers Association is the only Provincial Sport Organization recognized by the Alberta Government. Under the ABAA umbrella has historically been both the Alberta Bowhunters Association and the ATAA. Due to long standing operational problems, the current Executive of the ABAA has developed the attached motion for consideration and a vote by ATAA members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the ATAA at 7:00pm on March 24, 2012 in Calgary at the Calgary Archery Center. On March 31, 2012 the ABA members will vote at their AGM in Calgary on this exact motion as well. The combined total of each Associations vote will determine the outcome of this motion. The ABAA Executive wishes to encourage your participation in this significant vote and decision. In term questions may be referred to either of the ATAA or ABA Presidents. Thank-you.
Rene Schaub,
ATAA President
