Does your Club want to Host a Major ATAA Event?
Every year at the Indoor Target Provincials & AGM we vote on bids for the following events :
- 2011 Outdoor 3D Provincials
- 2011 Outdoor Target Provincials
- 2012 Indoor 3D Provincials
- 2012 Indoor Target Provincials
Bids can be mailed to the President of the ATAA at presidet@ataa-org.ca
Bids must be in by March 31, 2011.
When you submit your bids please include some of the following information:
- Name of Club who will run event
- Contact info for main person who would organize event (for further questions)
- Proposed date of event
- Number of volunteers able to assist in the running of event
- Suggested Location (please include size details and information about ease of access to facility or location)
- Number of targets/butts you will have to host event
- Has this facility been inspected in the current year by the Head Judge?
- Any other special details you think the Executive Board should know about? (i.e. accomodation availability, proposed special events, schedule plans, etc…)
Note that there is funding available for clubs who host these major events, the ATAA has agreed to provide up to $1,000.00 to the host club as a means to recoup costs and assist in the purchase of prizes for clubs to earn some extra money. Any additional questions for funding should be emailed to treasurer@ataa-org.ca
